The back cover picture shows 4‐(( E )‐4‐(( E )‐4‐aminostyryl)‐2,5‐dimethoxystyryl)‐ N ‐methylaniline, a fluorescent imaging probe, termed CIC, that selectively binds to the myelin sheath that encases axons. In vivo imaging of the spinal cord in mouse models provides insight into multiple sclerosis and other demyelinating human diseases.
