The back cover picture shows a synthetic cannabinoid designed in analogy to cannabinol. It is a selective, full agonist of cannabinoid receptor type 1 (CB 1 ), and molecular modeling studies suggest that the selectivity arises due to the presence of the pyrazole ring. In vivo evaluation ruled out CNS‐mediated effects and confirmed antinociception activity. For more details, see the Full Paper by Nadine Jagerovic et al. on p. 452 ff.
