The cover picture shows the molecular assembly of multifunctional radiopharmaceuticals by click chemistry. Reaction of readily available building blocks yields conjugates that comprise a 99m Tc‐based imaging probe for single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) and two chemical/biological entities. The described approach is modular and allows the efficient preparation of a number of structurally diverse conjugates with high potential for medical applications.
