The cover picture shows the steps involved in the structure determination of BI‐32169, a peptide isolated from Streptomyces sp. that shows glucagon receptor antagonist activity. Following the purification of the peptide and elucidation of its two‐dimensional structure, the peptide was crystallized and its structure determined at atomic resolution. It is the first crystal structure of a member of the family of so called “lariat protoknot” or “lassoed tail” peptides to be determined.
