Unlike ventricular inhibited demand pacemakers, myopotential inhibition of ventricular synchronous pacemaker is a less well recognized phenomenon. We describe a case of slowing of the pacing rate of an Intermedics Cyberlith pulse generator in the R‐synchronous mode, below the programmed rate from myopotential inhibition.
