The clinical, angiographic, and anatomical features of an uncommon primary cardiac tumor, a paraganglioma, are presented. The angiographic appearance appears unique. These tumors are slow growing and troublesome primarily because of their firm adherence to underlying cardiac structures. Treatment is complete surgical excision.
