Main observation and conclusion Commiphoroids G1—G3, H and I (1—5), five new terpenoid dimers were isolated from Resina Commiphora . Their structures and absolute configurations were determined by using spectroscopic, computational and crystallographic methods. Biological evaluation of these terpenoid dimers against renal fibrosis reveals that 5 inhibits extracellular matrix components including fibronectin and collagen I in a concentration‐dependent manner.
