The inside cover picture shows a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of chiral β‐lactams via Pd(II)‐catalyzed intramolecular enantioselective amination of methylene C(sp 3 )−H bonds. The magical combination of 2‐pyridinylisopropyl (PIP) auxiliary and 3,3’‐substituted BINOL‐type ligands proves to be a general solution for the asymmetric functionalization of unbiased methylene C(sp 3 )−H bonds.
