A chiral [M 3 L 3 ] 6+ ‐type nanobowl reported here was self‐assembled from cis ‐protected mono‐palladium complex [(RRdiph)Pd](NO 3 ) 2 (where RRdiph= (1 R ,2 R )‐(+)‐1,2‐diphenylethylenediamine) as chiral corners and 4,7‐phenanthroline ligand ( L ) as linkers in aqueous media. The hydrophobic cavity‐containing metallo‐macrocycle [Pd 3 L 3 ] 6+ ·6NO 3 ( 1 ) with a syn, syn, syn orientation has been characterized by 1 H NMR spectroscopy, elemental analysis, CD spectra and X‐ray diffraction determination.
