In non‐catalytic direct conversion of propylene with oxygen to propylene oxide by using dielectric barrier discharge under conditions of room temperature and atmospheric pressure, the selectivity to propylene oxide from propylene was >30% at propylene conversion ranging from 3.91% to 81.72%.
