Tetrabutylammonium or potassium salts of organometallic derivatives of lacunary polyanion (RM) 3 P 2 W 15 Q n 59 ‐ (RM = CpTl, CpZr, C 4 H 7 Q 2 Sn or C 5 H 9 C 2 Sn) have been prepared and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV‐vis, 1 H NMR and 183 W NMR spectroscopies. The title complexes exhibit antitumor activity in vitro .
