Phosphatidylcholines (Ln's) and their neutral analogs 1,2‐diacyl‐ sn ‐glycerol‐3‐phosphoric acid bromoethyl esters (Pn's) have been found to exhibit different aggregation behaviors brought about by hydrophobic‐lipophilic interactions (HLI) by means of kinetic probe in MeOH‐H 2 O binary aquiorganic systems. The effects of the structure and the environment on the interesting aggregation of the amphiphilic molecules are discussed.
