A new sesquiterpene, ent‐furodysin (1), has been isolated from the South China Sea Sponge Dysidea fragilis , along with a known sesqui‐terpene, ent‐furodysinin (2). The structure and relative stereochemistry of 1 and 2 were established by spectral analysis.
