Abstract Phase equilibria in the carbon dioxide ‐ n ‐hexadecane and carbon dioxide – water systems have been measured at temperatures between 314 K and 353 K and pressures between 8.53 and 16.12 MPa. The results have been correlated using two cubic equations of state and also compared with measurements reported in the literature.
