Cleaning of Exhaust Air and Solvent Recovery by Adsorption on Polymer Resins . In an overview the technologies of air cleaning and solvent recovery is followed by an account of the adsorption of solvents on polymer resins. Test plant, experimental adsorption equilibria and breakthrough curves as well as mathematical modelling for the design of fixed bed adsorbers are the main focus of attention. Practical examples demonstrate the advantages of using polymer resins in solvent recovery.
