Investment capital requirements for chemical plant. In addition to the cost situation, temporary manpower requirements are of considerable importance in the planning of plant, and in this account especially chemical plant. Depending on the kind of plant, estimation of the planning hours is necessary and consideration of specific empirical values lead to the absolute engineering costs. These are usually presented as part of the total capital requirements. On taking recourse to recalculated projects, which have to provide the density function of personnel deployment and diverse cost structures, particular attention must be paid to time‐based changes.
