Welding quality assurance in plant construction illustrated by examples from practice . The welding quality assurance concept of a chemical company is shown by way of practical examples. In particular, the importance of quality monitoring by the owner operator is stressed. This must be carried out conscientiously because, in present‐day chemical plant construction, availability plays an important economic role, and also because safety is given the very highest priority.
