Composite Membrane Series PuraMem S® Membrane separation of molecules dissolved in organic liquids has emerged as a new area of membrane science during the last decade, with huge potential for applications across chemical‐related industry sectors. While DuraMem® and PuraMem® phase inversion membranes are already market leading membranes for Organic Solvent Nanofiltration (OSN), Evonik recently launched its first composite membrane series PuraMem S® aiming for superior separation performance. Their superior stability in non‐aqueous solvents allows users to generate extra product value in a wide variety of applications in chemical process industries. Benefits of OSN include reduced cost of goods, reduced energy consumption, and increased yield through gentle, ambient temperature separations. M. Priske*, M. Lazar, C. Schnitzer, G.
