Porokeratosis is a hereditary or acquired skin disease characterized histopathologically by cornoid lamellae, a disorder of keratinization of the epidermal cells. Recently, genetic mutations in various types of porokeratosis have been reported, and the molecular relevance of cases with the coexistence of different clinical types has been discussed. We herein report a case of the coexistence of variant types of porokeratosis and discuss the association of different variants of porokeratosis, including histological approaches.
