This is a representative case report describing localized cutaneous nodular amyloidosis that was diagnosed prior to primary Sjögren syndrome. Our updated literature review for this complication provides a clinical perspective concerning the skin manifestation of systemic disorders, particularly those associated with hypergammaglobulinemia.
