Subacute thyroiditis in psoriasis patients treated with biologics targeting tumor necrosis factor‐α and interleukin‐17A, a report of two cases

We report the first case of psoriasis patient who developed subacute thyroiditis during anti‐interleukin‐17 therapy. Ultrasonography of thyroid gland detected increased size with heterogeneous hypoechogenicity in both lobes on longitudinal section (Left panel, The distance between each dot is 1 cm). Cross section with color Doppler demonstrated substantial avascularity (Right panel).
