A 12-year-old boy with ulcerative colitis (UC) presented with multiple erythemas with tense blisters. Liner deposition of C3 on the basement membrane zone and an IgG ELISA for BP230 were positive. A diagnosis of BP230-type bullous pemphigoid associated with UC was made, and the patient was treated with 0.25 mg/kg of oral prednisolone.
