We described an unusual condition of chronic actinic dermatitis ( CAD ) that developed 2 years after the remission of diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma. We confirmed dermal infiltration of mainly CD 8 + lymphocytes in the skin lesion of this case. However, the patient showed eosinophilia with an elevated serum IL ‐4 level, suggesting that the systemic shift toward Th2 immunity in our case might have occurred in a disease duration of CAD .
