
Seroprevalence of cat‐ and dog‐specific IgEs in atopic dermatitis without history of pet parenting

We conducted a retrospective observational study involving 66 patients with AD and found that cat‐ and dog‐derived antigens sometimes sensitize patients without pets. We also found that cat IgE‐positive subjects often tested positive for pollen‐specific IgE.
