An 85‐year‐old man diagnosed with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) two and half years ago referred to us to 2 month history of pruritic erythema on the trunk and extremities. We diagnosed it as papuloerythroderma possibly associated with MDS. Papuloerythroderma caused by MDS was rare, and we need to consider possibility of myeloid leukemia in the future.
