Thymus and activation‐regulated chemokine (TARC) may be a good predictor of malignant lymphoma with eosinophilia when combined with the LDH, CRP, TK, and sIL‐2R findings. To our knowledge, there is no previous report of CD5‐positive diffuse large B‐cell lymphoma with eosinophilia, and therefore, this report makes a significant contribution to the literature.
