The separation of the enantiomers of drugs containing an amino alcohol structure like adrenergic drugs or β‐blockers is described. The compounds are resolved on chiral ligand‐exchange chromatography phases after derivatization with bromoacetic acid. © 1992 Wiley‐Liss, Inc.
