Two quantitative structure–enantioselectivity models have been developed for a series of N ‐aminoalkylsuccinimides using the statistical method PLS. The models permit the prediction of enantioselectivity on an α 1 ‐acid glycoprotein column. The models are based on a physiocochemical description of the structures.
