Abstract The advantages and disadvantages of the one‐pot multi‐substrate screening in asymmetric catalysis are discussed. The specific case of asymmetric reduction of ketones has been studied and is examplified by borane reduction catalyzed by an oxazaborolidine derived from ( S )‐diphenylproline.
