Temperature is an influential parameter that determines the aggregation of solution processed organic semiconductors. In their Minireview on page 2908, Tao Wang et al. summarize the temperature‐induced aggregation of organic semiconductors in solution, during solution casting and upon thermal annealing post‐treatment of solid‐state thin films, which in turn impacts their optoelectronic properties.
