The catalytic cycle of the arsa‐Wittig reaction is depicted in the cover image, in which 1‐phenylarsolane worked as an effective catalyst. Screening of the arsenic catalysts was realized by the practical synthetic protocols that can avoid volatile arsenic precursors. Density functional theory calculation revealed the mechanism of the excellent E‐selectivity of the catalytic arsa‐Wittig reaction. More information can be found in the Full Paper by H. Imoto, K.
