The formation of bimetallic Ir III −M I (M I =Cu I and Au I ) luminescent complexes from the parental Ir III and M I species is depicted in the cover image. In the bimetallic species an enhancement of the photophysical properties takes place that is idealized by the formation of rainbow‐colored tornados. Ella Maru Studio is kindly acknowledged for the cover image design. More information can be found in the Full Paper by M. Mauro et al. on page 11751.
