The synthesis of new precursors for producing HOFs : systems that are capable of reversible structure reorganization are reported. A simple and convenient method is described for creation of a new class of borosiloxane compounds by combination of a very flexible siloxane framework with fragments of boric acid derivatives. Organoboron derivatives of stereoregular phenylcyclosilsesquioxanes were obtained in high yields. Such compounds can be used for preparation of macro initiators and for synthesizing macromolecular scaffolds in Suzuki cross‐coupling reactions.
