A facile way of accessing the second lone pair of carbodicarbene through “turn off” of the π‐accepting ability of the flanking NHC is reported. The formation of gem‐double dative bimetallic of carbodicarbene from versatile mononuclear Pd and Ni complexes contributes to serve as a paradigm shift away from relying on traditionally tedious synthetic methods to access the second “hidden” lone pair. Most importantly, these results open a new gateway for possible cooperative bimetallic chemistry and catalysis based on the C(0). More information can be found in the Communication by W.‐C. Chen, L.
