Laser‐based patterning technology allows for flexible and rapid on‐surface microarray synthesis of peptide scaffolds. In combination with click chemistry, a multitude of neo‐glycopeptides can be directly produced on functionalized glass slides in the microarray format. Density and spatial distribution of carbohydrates can be easily tuned to obtain well‐defined glycan structures for multivalent display. Lectins reveal strong spacing‐, density‐, and ligand‐dependent binding to these multivalent structures. More information can be found in the Full Paper by F. F. Loeffler et al. on page 9954.
