An S‐Shaped double azahelicene with inner‐edged nitrogen atoms is reported in this work. Palladium‐catalyzed dehydrogenative C−H coupling reactions afforded the dl ‐isomer of S‐shaped double azahelicene as a sole product in 90 %. Since it can capture the palladium in a trans‐chelating fashion, it can be expected to provide insight into the design of a new class of ligands.
