Taming azide radicals for catalytic C(sp2)−H azidation of benzaldehydes : In this manuscript, dirhodium complexes, represented by the classical Chinese lantern structure, reacted with azide radical to form Rh 2 (II,III) N 3 , which is responsible for the azide transfer. In the picture, the girl carrying a lantern illuminates the direction of the paper boats loading the azide radicals, which means the dirhodium complexes direct the free azide radical to the desired reaction pathway.
