As a sustainable covalent organic framework photocatalyst, the hydrazone‐based 2D‐COF‐1 was successfully applied to the heterogeneous visible‐light‐accelerated C3 arylation and alkylation of quinoxalin‐2(1 H )‐ones with hydrazines. This protocol features high efficiency, good functional group tolerance, easy scalability and remarkable catalyst reusability. It widens the applications of photoactive two‐dimensional covalent organic frameworks in visible‐light‐driven organic transformations. More information can be found in the Communication by X.
