A general strategy for tailor‐made design of highly versatile light‐responsive low molecular weight gelators was developed. By employing an identical motif of cyclohexane‐1,3,5‐tricarboxamide core plus distinctive arms, three gelators were customized depending on their functionality. The presented design permits the construction of adaptable gelators by simply picking the correct building blocks from a box, achieving such goals as solubility or dynamic exchange. Self‐assembly and disassembly of the supramolecular polymers were manipulated by external light, engaging arylazopyrazoles (AAPs) as a light‐responsive unit.
