Metal‐organic frameworks (MOFs) 2D nanosheets are attracting increasing applications as an emerging type of 2D materials in catalysis, sensing, enzyme inhibition, MALDI‐TOF matrix and gas separation. 2D MOF nanosheets and their diverse applications with the integration of the fundamental structures and their application mechanism are summarized in the Minireview by Z.‐Y. Gu et al. on page 15131 ff.
