The applications of the π‐aromaticity/antiaromaticity , σ‐aromaticity, and spherical aromaticity concepts towards the Zintl cluster chemistry is discussed in the Minireview by Z.‐M. Sun et al. on page 14583 ff. For example, the [Sb 3 ] units in all‐metal sandwich complex [Sb 3 Au 3 Sb 3 ] 3− are π‐aromatic. The [Sb 4 ] units in [Ln(η 4 ‐Sb 4 ) 3 ] 3‐ clusters are locally π‐antiaromatic. The [Au 2 Sb 16 ] 4‐ cluster possess two all‐metal σ‐aromatic AuSb 4 fragments with six delocalized σ electrons each, further consolidating the usefulness of the σ‐aromatic concept in solid state.
