A rapid method for testing reaction conditions suitable for executing Suzuki‐Miyaura reactions is described. The optimal conditions discovered by microtiter batch experiments were found to translate well to continuous flow conditions using a microfluidic reactor for the synthesis of nine different hydroxybiphenyl intermediates.
