By using GEST‐NMR (guest exchange saturation transfer NMR), the authors demonstrate the quantitative evaluation of dynamic exchange rates (represented by a drum) between an anion and a series of synthetic receptors of the Bambusuril family (represented by a bamboo plant). The ability to amplify undetectable NMR signals of a low population of the complex reveals unprecedent anion–receptor interactions in water.
