A dual‐cavity host , with six terminal alkynes at the periphery of its two fused cavitands, is obtained at the gram scale by following straightforward synthetic protocols. This structurally unique and multivalent cavitand can be efficiently clicked to carbohydrates, polymers, or small functional molecules.
