The cover picture is inspired by the life cycle of silkworms , which are deeply rooted in the Chinese culture. A diazo‐substituted o ‐carborane proligand (worm) is inside of the cocoon. Only under suitable conditions, do uncommon C−C or B−H bond‐activation reactions occur to form the five “butterfly‐like” mononuclear or dinuclear half‐sandwich iridium complexes. The main idea behind the picture is that amazing chemical reactions occur outside the cocoon, waiting to be discovered. More information can be found in the Full Paper by G.‐X.
