The challenge in the synthesis of polymerizable thiazoloisoindigo was solved in an unexpectedly easy way. Moreover, thiazoloisoindigo possesses both the quinoidal formation character of thienoisoindigo and the electron‐deficient character of diazaisoindigo. Thus, the conjugated polymer based on it exhibits strongly redshifted NIR absorption up to 1050 nm and excellent ambipolar charge carrier mobilities (hole 3.97 cm 2 V −1 S −1 and electron 1.07 cm 2 V −1 S −1 ).
