A catalytic C(sp 3 )−H cyanation reaction that proceeds under blue‐light irradiation was developed. Hybrid catalysis consisting of an iridium photoredox catalyst and a phosphate organocatalyst is key for the success. This picture shows the hybrid catalysis system. There are two gears: the inner gear represents photoredox catalysis, and the outer gear represents the organocatalysis. These gears are driven by blue light (upper right).
