Molecular engineering of functional hyper‐crosslinker offers an effective strategy to design the stimuli‐responsive soft materials. The picture represents several types of stimuli‐responsive polymers, whose properties are controlled by the reversible changes of active hyper‐crosslinkers in the networks.
