The field of peptide foldamers is growing continuously, and acquired knowledge allows the construction of molecules with various structures and functions. In particular, many helical structures have been studied and shown to exhibit surprisingly diverse geometries. Recently, the problem of controlling the handedness of formed helices has been of interest and is the subject of the Concept article by E. Rudzińska‐Szostak and Ł. Berlicki on page 14980 ff.
