E 3 (E = Si, Ge, Sn) clusters can be stabilized via the coordination with different Lewis bases (L) like cyclic (alkyl)(amino) carbene (cAAC), N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC), saturated NHC, mesoionic carbenes, trimethylamine, pyridine, phosphinine and trimethylphosphine. The Frontispiece depicts the main source of stabilization, namely, L→E σ‐donation and L←E π‐back‐donation in cAAC stabilized E 3 complexes, the former being dominant.
